I had a great time in Dallas – the people and the food are amazing, and the lifestyle is so sweet, I am not surprised a lot of really cool people chose to stay there.

This was my first time in Dallas, how would you describe it to someone who has never been?
Dallas has great shopping, food and drinks. The people are surprisingly fashionable and right now there is a major movement towards supporting the arts. (Within the last few years, we built the Winspear Opera House, the Perot Science Museum, the Dallas Contemporary, the AT&T Performing Arts Center and the Wyly Theatre- to name a few.) The weather is incredibly warm year-round, and you will need a car to get around the city. Everyone in Dallas is polite and wants to be your friend.

What is your favorite boutique?
VOD is my absolute favorite boutique. Jackie and her team always have the best new labels before any other store even knows they exist. They see clothing and accessories like pieces of art– just like me.

Where do you find your vintage?
I have found some of my favorite pieces at Archive Vintage. They recently packed up and moved to Austin, TX, but their stock is online so everyone can shop the store.

Your favorite museum?
The new Perot Science Museum designed by Thom Mayne is not yet open, but the building itself is one of my favorite landmarks in Dallas. I dream of hosting an event at the space once it opens.
