From archival Versace to John Galliano-era Dior, the model is building an impressive vintage collection

Emily Ratajkowski is enjoying something of a vintage phase at the moment. It began back in September, when she was spotted in John Galliano’s famous newspaper-print dress for Dior autumn/winter 2000, along with a Tom Ford-era Gucci shirt from the 1990s. The model seems to have an eye for rarer archival pieces, too, including Michael Kors’s designs for Céline in the Noughties.

On the red carpet, EmRata has opted for a number of eye-catching vintage looks, including an orange bustier and sequined trousers from the Armani Privé archives and a heavily-beaded gown from the Versace vault for last year’s Met Gala.

Most recently, the My Body author selected a purple Versace minidress, dripping in sequins, for a Met Gala after-party – perfectly showcasing how to pick vintage that’s in keeping with your own personal style. Below, see all of EmRata’s best archival looks to date.
