SHIPPING 

Charges are based on your location and method of shipment.  Items are sent via Fed Ex Express or Ground within the US and Fed Ex International or USPS to customers outside the US.  Shipping outside of US, buyer is responsible for all international shipping taxes and duties.  Texas residents must pay 8.25% sales tax.

Fed Ex Express Saver (3 Day - US only) 30.00

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment.  USPS priority international packages should arrive in 2 weeks ( varies by location) but can take up to 4 weeks.  With priority, there is a tracking number to track your package.  We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen or delayed by USPS.


RETURNS

Archive gladly accepts returns for exchange or store credit.  We do not offer cash back. 

1. Let us know within 2 days of receipt of the item that you would like to return it.
2. You will receive a credit code to use online by.  We will have a copy on file.  Credit is good for one year from date of purchase.  You may use your credit during check out or you can call us when you are ready and we will send you the item you are interested in. 
3. Items need to be returned within 7 days, in the same condition in which they were received. 
4. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
