FORTY FIVE TEN
Four distinct, gallery-inspired environments showcase a mix of luxury and emerging brands across Women’s, Men’s, and Design. Two highly curated sections, VINTAGE and 4510/SIX, narrow the brand’s focus on hand-selected vintage and artfully independent designers respectively.

Situated on Level 5 between Momofuku’s Kāwi and Bouchon Bakery, the 16,000-square-foot space boasts a glass-brick storefront and architectural details by renowned artist Daniel Arsham’s firm Snarkitecture. Additional artists, including New York-based Greg Bogin, collaborated on fixtures and installations throughout the space.
